Hello, I am Dareen. In today’s episode, we will talk about some types of Lebanese handicrafts. The word “crafts” means ancient heritage professions, which are practiced by people we call craftsmen. They depend in it on their hands and some simple tools. This profession is considered one of the oldest professions in history in which man sought to rely on raw materials from earth.

This sector belongs to the industrial sector in countries. The government calls it the crafts sector. All groups of society agree on the importance of crafts as an identity and heritage of the country. Thus, countries set development and strategic plans to maintain the continuity of craftsmen and the production of traditional and heritage crafts and industries.
