Nassar: Good evening my love. What are you busy with at this time; writing down all these numbers and calculations?

Mirna:  Hey Nassar. I am calculating our monthly expenses and checking how we can reduce them. Everything has become more expensive during the economic crisis we are living in our country, and our salaries have not increased. Thus, we have to save so that our salary lasts until the end of the month! Come sit beside me and give me some ideas for the new budget.

Nassar: Thank you Mirna for taking such an initiative. You have always paid attention to expenses more than I do! How about we first cut expenses on the subscription to the electricity generator or moteur as we call it in French? It is true that the government is only providing few hours of electricity per day, and we have to depend on the neighborhood’s generator so that we do not sit in the dark, but instead of subscribing to 10 amperes, we can ask him for only 5.

Marhaba! ("Hi"!)
