Layla recently finished her master’s degree in Spain and is interested in pursuing a Ph.D. program at the Lebanese University. She wants to know about the process of applying to the university and equalizing her foreign master’s degree. During a visit to the university, she talks with a professor who gives her advice on next steps to take.

ليلى: مرحبا دكتور.

Layla: Hello Professor.

 البروفيسور: مرحبا ليلى، تفضلي.

Professor: Hello Layla, please come in.

ليلى: شكراً. كيفك؟

Layla: Thank you. How are you?

البروفيسور: أنا منيح. مبروك على شهادة الماجستير، سمعت إنو نجحتي بتفوق.

Professor: I am well. Congratulations on your master’s degree. I heard you passed with an excellent result.

Marhaba! ("Hi"!)
