Episode 59 – Skit: hotel reservation

Fadi and his family decided to spend next weekend in a hotel by the beach in Byblos. He is calling to book the rooms. Farah, the hotel receptionist, answers the phone and tells Fadi about the hotel rooms options, amenities, and scheduled events. Fortunately, it turns out that the hotel has lots of options and activities to keep adults and children happy and entertained.

فادي: مرحبا.

Fadi: Hello.

فرح: مرحبا إستاذ. معك فرح من قسم الحجوزات بأوتيل “شمس”. كيف فيني ساعدك؟

Farah: Hello sir, this is Farah from the reservations department at the Shams (Sun) hotel in Byblos. How can I assist you?

فادي: عم تلفن لأحجز غرفتين لليلتين.

Fadi: I am calling to book two rooms for two nights.
